There is nothing horribly wrong with Due Date, but it isn't particularly good either. The characters are trite and unconsidered as they act out a an underwhelmingly rehashed plot. Galifiniakis and Downey Jr. coast by on their charm, although their chemistry seems well suited for a project with a little bit more depth.
