I've never been very political-minded, so I didn't know a whole lot about Watergate. This movie helps fill in the details, and also sheds some light on the journalistic process that Woodward & Bernstein went through. I felt the film was a little flat, perhaps too much "just-the-facts", although there were some moments of humor (especially involving the Post senior staff) and intrigue.


Stain

This movie has its problems, but it's remarkably entertaining and even breezy... yet it never loses sight of the importance of its subject. There are '80s films that have aged worse than this movie has
